InteliWEAR LLC ("InteliWEAR", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use:

• The DoomCatcher mobile application (the "App"), and
• The DoomCatcher website (the "Site").

By using the App or Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information collected through the App

Through the App, we only collect limited, anonymous device telemetry data necessary to operate DoomCatcher and improve reliability. All data collected through the App is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. This may include:

• DoomCatcher device integration data
  • Pairing and connection status between your phone and DoomCatcher
  • Basic device identifiers for your DoomCatcher (e.g., internal device ID)
  • Firmware version and configuration status
• Battery and performance data
  • DoomCatcher device battery level and charging status
  • Basic performance and error logs (e.g., connection failures, crashes, unexpected behavior)
• Google Firebase Crashlytics
  • We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous data about app crashes and stability issues, including crash logs and device state at the time of the crash
  • This data helps us identify and fix bugs to improve app reliability
• Google Firebase Analytics
  • We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including how many times an app was blocked (the names of blocked apps are not shared or collected) and whether the DoomCatcher device is currently active
  • This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you personally

We do not collect from the App:

• Your messages, photos, videos, or other content
• Your contact list, calendars, or files
• Your precise location
• The names or identities of the apps you choose to block
• Your browsing history or activity in other apps beyond what is technically required to block preselected apps on your device
• Payment card numbers (these are handled by app store/payment providers, if applicable)

All telemetry data is anonymous, tied only to the technical operation of the DoomCatcher system, and is not used to build marketing profiles about you.

1.2 Information collected through the Site

When you visit the Site, we may collect:

• Usage data
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation paths
  • Browser type and version, device type, operating system
  • General location based on IP address (e.g., city/region)
• Cookies and similar technologies
  • We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it.
• Google Analytics
  • We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymized or pseudonymized form. Google Analytics may collect:
  • IP address (typically truncated or anonymized)
  • Device and browser information
  • Usage patterns and interactions with the Site

Google may process this information as described in its own privacy policy. You can typically opt out of Google Analytics via browser settings, ad settings, or available browser add-ons.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App and the DoomCatcher device experience
• To ensure reliable connection and integration between your phone and your DoomCatcher device

• Performance of a contract (to operate the App and DoomCatcher device for you)
• Legitimate interests (e.g., improving stability and security of our services)
• Consent (where cookie/analytics consent is required)

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data with:

• Service providers and vendors — Companies that help us run and analyze our App and Site (e.g., hosting providers, analytics and crash-reporting providers such as Google Analytics and Google Firebase). These third parties are only allowed to process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Legal and safety purposes — We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
  • Respond to lawful requests from authorities
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of InteliWEAR, our users, or others

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same or equivalent privacy protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain telemetry and analytics information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• Operating and maintaining the App and DoomCatcher device
• Improving reliability and performance
• Meeting legal, accounting, or reporting requirements

After retention periods expire, we may delete or de-identify data in accordance with our internal policies.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
